You save time, retain accounts
and offer risk services under your brand.

InsurOps is Assurified’s risk and insurance operations platform, specialized for multifamily and adaptable to other sectors. One governed risk data layer links operational data to source documents and supports more than 160 agentic workflows. Growing and steady firms alike can use the platform to serve multifamily clients under their own brand.

What InsurOps does for your brokerage or agency

Save staff time on both sides

Hiring is agencies’ top challenge (45%). MarshBerry advises raising output per employee.

InsurOps connects to your clients’ property management and maintenance systems and manages their COPE data under your brand, which makes your risk services sticky. It can push property data and SOVs directly into your agency management system.

Add new accounts

Top-quartile firms by sales velocity grew 13.1% organically in Q1 2026; bottom-quartile firms grew 1.9%.

Every new account starts with a statement of values. InsurOps builds it from COPE data your clients’ teams approve against source pages.

Keep more accounts

In casualty, Marsh reports that clients with strong loss performance, transparent data and demonstrable risk controls generally secured better outcomes.

Each renewal in InsurOps starts from your clients’ approved COPE data, with maintenance records as evidence of risk controls.

Sponsor your own resident programs

Marsh and Leavitt offer owners resident programs that can return income to them.

Resident Risk Analytics reports each client’s resident default cost by property. You can sponsor liability waiver and deposit replacement programs under your brand or in a client’s captive. InsurOps operates them; the owner or sponsor controls the data.

How InsurOps works with your brokerage or agency

01

You place the business

Your client’s team approves each submission package for market and sends you its quote decisions and bind request through InsurOps. You bind coverage.

02

No conflict in placement

Assurified takes no commission or premium share, does not underwrite and never competes for the placement.

03

Property and maintenance data in P&C

With your clients’ permission, InsurOps pulls rent rolls and physical property data from their property management systems, and maintenance records from their maintenance systems, into the P&C record. Submissions draw on the client’s own systems rather than spreadsheets. Resident programs use the property management connection for lease and enrollment data. The risk data layer is built for rapid integration.

04

Requests by email

You receive your clients’ loss run and other requests by email from their own address, with the InsurOps inbox in cc. The inbox captures your replies and attachments in the same thread.

How the data is sourced and protected

  • Document Intelligence classifies insurance documents, extracts their data and links each value to its source page. Manual entries remain distinguishable.
  • Reviewers approve low-confidence results before the record changes.
  • Each client’s data is isolated from every other client’s and is never used to train shared foundation models.
  • We have a SOC 2 Type II report issued by an independent auditor, Baker Tilly.

Getting started

  • Begin with a rapid Proof of Value based on agreed success criteria and measured against your current process.
  • Add use cases based on priority and value.
